Information you provide
When you contact Messer Bar Co. or submit an event inquiry form, you may provide your name, email address, optional phone number, event date, venue or location, event type, guest counts, desired service times and other event details. We use this information to review and respond to your request, discuss availability, and, if requested, prepare a proposal. Submission does not establish a booking.
How the inquiry form works
The event inquiry form is processed by a Cloudflare-hosted function. Following bot verification through Cloudflare Turnstile, your submitted event details are sent through Web3Forms to events@messerbarco.com. Resend processes your name and email address to deliver an automatic acknowledgment. The website displays a success message only when the form service reports successful submission. If delivery cannot be confirmed, the page asks you to retry or email us directly. We do not operate a separate inquiry database as part of this static website.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and verifies form security. Web3Forms processes event inquiries for delivery to our Zoho mailbox. Resend sends your automatic acknowledgment email. Zoho stores received correspondence as part of our business email service. The site may load fonts from Google Fonts when online. Website hosting, when enabled, may create technical access logs under the hosting provider's standard operations. This staging site has no analytics or advertising tracking scripts installed.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell inquiry information. We may share event details with the venue or vendors only as reasonably needed to coordinate a requested service, subject to your agreement. We keep business correspondence as needed for operations, legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping.
