Information, not an offer
This website shares planned service descriptions, introductory pricing and event information. Displayed pricing and availability are informational and subject to final confirmation. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or establish a contractual relationship.
Confirmation of bookings
An event is confirmed only when Messer Bar Co. and the client complete the applicable written service agreement and required retainer process. The signed agreement, rather than this website, controls cancellation, payment, rescheduling, scope and other event-specific terms.
Client-supplied alcohol
The planned service model is client-supplied alcohol and consumables, with Messer Bar Co. supplying bartending and bar operations. Service is conditioned on applicable law, venue authorization, staffing, insurance and any required permits or licenses. Messer Bar Co. does not represent that every proposed event can be serviced.
Accuracy and updates
We may update website information, policies and prices before bookings are accepted. We strive for accuracy but mistakes and omissions can occur.
